New Zealand Blackcurrants Breakfast bowl
New Zealand Blackcurrant Smoothie Bowls. The anthocyanin packed way to start the day.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams + a few for topping New Zealand Frozen Cassis,
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • almond slices
  • unsweetened soymilk or almond milk

Method

Place all ingredients in an electric blender and mix to make a smoothie. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with New Zealand Blackcurrants and almonds before serving. Add your favourite fresh fruit for a perfect healthy breakfast bowl!
